So far I am loving having this ninja creami the one that I bought was a refurbished one but I have had no complaints about it I just made yesterday a lavender Earl Gray ice cream and oh boy it is superb. I haven't tried out all of the settings yet I'm looking forward to trying the different settings like making my own gelato and then some of the drinkable options I am also really looking forward to if I had bought this a little earlier in the season I definitely would have been making a lot of the drinkable options with the hot weather. But I love having this and being able to make my own ice cream types of desserts with far less garbage ingredients then what the store-bought stuff has. I also really like having this particular model because the other deluxe one that I've seen has the acai bowl and I don't think I would use that option much. The fact that it has the function to where you can blend the different segments so like just the top or the full thing or just the bottom is really awesome. It's a bit noisy but I've heard from YouTube videos that the seven and one is actually more noisy than this one but honestly the noise level is really not that bad to me I found it easily cleaned I have not had any difficulty with cleaning the lid with the blade but I clean it every time I have used it which has only been yet a few times since I only have the two containers I will probably need to purchase more and then I can use it for more options more frequently. I tasted the earl gray ice cream that I made yesterday as well as my parents and we were both highly impressed. The only downside that I had seen since this one was a refurbished was that it did not come in the box with the inspiration guide I had to download that online. Not that that's like a really big deal but if you were hoping that it came with it he would just have to go find it via the computer.

I love ice cream and wanted a machine that could deliver a good quality product. Ninja delivers on that, but there are several factors I wish I had considered before buying. First, it's a pricey machine, that comes in at $170 at Walmart. I purchased a refurbished model for $140. It is a heavy machine (13 lbs.) and I sacrificed counter space for it, moving my food processor into a pantry. However, my food processor is also heavy and I seem to use it more because I'm going into the pantry to lug it out to the counter. So really consider your space and whether you want to or can be lifting a heavy kitchen appliance often. Third, it takes 24.5 hours to make ice cream with the Creami. So using it requires planning ahead. Larger families will want to purchase additional containers as the Creami only comes with 2 pints. Finally, it is LOUD. If you live in an apartment building you may get complaints if you use it late at night. All said, it is a good product, but I'm not sure I would buy it again.

OK, where to begin. I believe these units are returned defective units, they literally just slap a sticker on them saying they are refurbished, and throw them back in the box to sell for profit. After purchasing, the paddle kept falling off as I was trying to make the ice cream. I reached out to Ninja, they tell me my unit is refurbished, and to reach out to this other site that deals with the refurbishments. Fine. So, I write this other company multiple times, 4 to be exact. Call their hotline, and I would tell them the product I am having trouble with, and they would just hang up. No response from the emails at all. I reach back out to Ninja, let them know this was a worthless pathway to send people down because now I am just frustrated. It is a $200 paperweight taking up space because it doesn't do it's purpose. They offer to sell me a new base and paddle, and I am just frustrated at this point, so I say yes. They then tell me that there are non available, so they would give me a10% discount on a new unit from their website. I am beyond frustrated with them at this point, and want all of you to know what I am going through trying to get the issue resolved. It never worked right, and I was super stoked as I always have ice cream cravings. I wish I could give it 0 stars

Muy buena excelente máquina se pueden hacer muchas cosas

This is one of my new favorite purchases. I LOVE ice cream. It's my kryptonite. Obviously it isn't healthy to eat full fat ice cream daily. I bought the Ninja Creami with the hopes of controlling what ingredients I was consuming. Now my ice cream is only whey protein and fairlife milk. My husband and I split one container for dessert. Been doing this for about 2 weeks. No weight gained and our creations are delicious 🤤
