Like most Eden products, good stuff! I love arame, hiziki, wakame, kombu, for cooking and health. Arame is easy to cook and IMO delicious. This Eden arame is good. I saute an onion, add the arame and water, and cook. I appreciate the convenience of ordering this from Eden through Amazon. Call it seaweed or a "sea vegetable," this is a welcome addition to the cupboard of any natural food kitchen.

Good but not Hijiki seaweed. I am still looking for Hijiki thought Eden sold it in the past.

I am making iconic dishes from Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for a party next week celebrating the release of Tears of the Kingdom. This worked PERFECTLY for the stringy brown veggies in the Veggie Rice Balls. A little goes a long way, so I'll be able to make a LOT with a single package. Thank you very much for having this available, since I wasn't able to find any in my local Asian Supermarket.

I give it 5 stars because there's nothing wrong with the product, I just personally prefer wakame. Arame has a harder, grainy feel. The flavor is also less mild than wakame, Wakame is soft, squooshy, mild, spongey, thin and flat. Arame is harder, thicker, grainy, more of a flavor to it (very light bitter taste). Almost doesn't taste like seaweed.

Delicious and nutritious addition to a veggie stir fry- adds calcium for those of us needing todo so !

The item was very well packaged, but not sure it does what it is supposed to ie lower blood pressure
