Takes the chill off people around our patio table without always having to be on full power. It's bulky size needs some careful handling and a safe area for its storage.

As these were coming from Europe it was great that I could track the progress through customs via my orders. Delivery was ahead of schedule. However these come with a standard European 2 pin plug. The website states that a certified plug adapter would be fitted. I ordered two units, one came that the adapter fitted the other just had the adapter in the box. Which I had to fit myself. Unfortunately the adapter is of a shape and size that it will not fit a standard UK outside wether proof socket so I had to use extension leads. (This should be stated some where) We used them for an outdoor socially distanced 1st Birthday Party. They kept 12 people reasonably warm (ambient air temperature was only 7 degree). but you could feel the heat reduction when the wind blew. The remote control is definitely a plus as you can set the required setting from the comfort of your seat. The 4 legged stand does mean that you need a bit of space to place them, but they were certainly stable and I had no concerns about them possibly tipping over. All in all they did what they were purchased to do, but they would come into their own when used during the hotter weather when the sun sets and temperature drops a little, and you want to stay outside for a bit longer

... da ich Gebrauchsspuren entdecken musste.... wollte das Teil schön zurück schicken... aber ich hab’s trotzdem mal an meine Terrassenüberdachung montiert und was soll ich sagen....Top Heizstrahler zu kleinem Preis! Bin sehr sehr positiv überrascht, hatte vorher einen Heizstrahler mit Gas und dieser liefert bei knapp 1/5der Leistung 2,5kW vs 12 kW die gleiche Wohlfühlatmosphäre bei mir auf der Terrasse unter der Überdachung wie das teure Gasding! Von mir klare Kaufempfehlung, Langzeittest folgt bei kühlem Wetter. Die Bewertung hab ich am 16.04. bei jetzt knapp 14Grad Außentemperatur auf der Terrasse im T-shirt geschrieben, perfekt! Bei leichter Brise.... sagt alles...macht super warm Bemerkung noch am Rande, der Heizstrahler macht ziemlich hell, und ist rot, wer das nicht mag sollte sich einen Dunkelheizstrahler zulegen, aber mich störts nicht, spar ich mir die Petroleumlampe und außerdem passt es hervorragend zu meinen LED-Leisten :) Ach die Lieferung hab ich fast vergessen, wie gewohnt schnell bei Amazon, Sonntag Abend bestellt....Dienstag geliefert top! Sauber verpackt, keine Beschädigungen....aber sah gebraucht aus...trotzdem 5*****😜

Nonostante l’imballaggio accurato è arrivato con l’elemento illuminante spaccato. Dalle recensioni risulta che è una cosa frequente e potrebbe perciò essere un problema strutturale. Ma dovrà vedersela il costruttore. Per il compratore, con queste premesse è difficile procedere ad un nuovo acquisto. Nessun problema per il reso, ma naturalmente i tempi del rimborso saranno lunghi. Peccato perché l’oggetto sulla carta è interessante.
