Whats the size in feet?

It's two feet long, one foot wide and 3mm thick. I can't do the 3mm in inches sorry!

What is the height of these panels in feet?

As it says in the title, they are 600mm x 300mm x 3mm. You chose which of those is the height cepending which way round you use them.

Can this be used outside

Hi No not really. I used it outside on our patio with some fencing to stop a small dog going up to th balcony. It looks awful wet and soggy.

I have a standard double bed and looking to put a board on top of the slats, would this work? And if so how many boards would I need?

You would have to order the size u need to cover your slats. Bedding is 200cms but that would be too big as it hangs down each side, measure inside the side beams else it will move around. You must get it thick enough to hold your weight without splitting ,depends how fat or thin your little body is x
