I bought this to replace a keypad lock on my garage where I wanted a fingerprint lock. Thought the price was good compared to retail box stores, and I was hopeful that setup wouldn't be a problem.First, this thing is way higher quality (weight, feel) than what it was replacing. 5 stars on the unit for sure. Installation was fine. Setup was a little challenging, but if you read the manual all the way through its doable. Got the master code and two sets of prints entered. Fingerprints recognize well, without any "false positives". I didnt have to watch any videos. Not planning to use the app, so i didn't even install it. Now I just have to see how long batteries last and how it wears. Initial impression, I'm glad I bought this one- works great.

The door locks behind us 10 seconds after entering. When leaving, you simply key the lock button. No code needed. It announces when it is opened and locked so anyone in the house is aware of entry. Putting in the entry code was not hard at all. We have not done fingerprints yet, but everything about this lock has functioned as promised and we are sure that will too. Having a key as a back up, is wonderful. 3 ways to get in your door. It matched the handle I already had. Fit the door holes we already used, for the last lock. Has not been affected by Texas humidity, or the rainy season. I will update after a summer of heat. The bolt is long and makes me feel very secure. Best buy!!!

Super easy to install, works great, finger print works okay (this is most likely operator error), connectivity to phone is great.

It was fine when it was working. Its stays stuck on lock and is not working anymore. Very cheap design.
