Perfect refresher and very adult oriented. It did not make me feel like I was in grade school again but it gave me the practice I wanted.

I can easily scan the pages so I can keep the book clean. It is organized so you can easily review if you once were taught the proper way to write. With the progression in this book, you can practice and work to improve your handwriting.
