Life changing for me! I was always soo irritable and angry but after taking these I am a happy level person. No more intense mood swings! Have tried many prescription medication and everything made me feel like an emotionless zombie. I can definitely feel a difference in my mood if I have forgotten to take them a few nights. I only take at night before bed because if not they make me feel extremely nauseous so I highly recommend only taking them before bed or at least after eating a full meal! I also recommend taking a break for a week or so after each bottle just so they still have the same affect! Could not recommend enough!!! Will buy over and over

I have been taking this particular supplement for over 20 years. This brand is very effective for the price. No side effects. I take 200 mg a day. It’s excellent for depression/anxiety. Also can help with weight but found that when was I was younger. It took my pms headaches away completely. Now that I’m post menopausal, use it for mood and relaxation. Recommend.

I have reordered this product many times over. It has helped my overall mood imporve so much that I have recommended it to others. You do need to give it a little time to work though. The effects will not be immediate. Research it and decide if it's right for you.

Just tried it an hour ago and I'm feeling pretty nauseas, a little dizzy and a slight panick attack (Maybe I'm assuming the worst because of the nausea). Before that i was feeling good, I wasn't overthinking and felt kind of normal. Happy? Maybe. Content definitely. Forgot i even took it. It's not a weird feeling or buzz & definitely not a burst of energy/happiness. Just felt like i was a having a good day.

I use 5-Htp to help me sleep. I noticed the dosage of these tablets was higher than other tablets I used before. That being said, I took a capsule last night and had a great night of sleep, absolutely no side effects.
