Just recently build my own mini pc with this case.My mini pc specs:Joyjom Micro ITX PC CaseMinisforum ar900i with 13900hxGigabyte RTX 4060 OC Low ProfileKingston Fury Impact 64gb ddr5 5600mhzCrucial P3 Plus 1TB M2 Gen 4 SSDCrucial P3 Plus 2TB M2 Gen 4 SSDSilverstone FX600 Platinum Flex PSUNoctua 120MM NF F12 PWM FAN 2000RPMNoctua 80MM NF A8 Side FANELUTENG 2 x120mm External Fans max RPM 1500I had to add 2x external fans for better cooling. My CPU temps dropped by 10 degrees from around 80 to 70 average. My GPU temps dropped by around 6+ degress. Previous GPU temps around 83 way too hot. I had to adjust settings in MSI afterburner as well. As you can see my 13900hx which is 24 core runing cooler than my 4060. Screenshot with game diablo 4 at maximum ultra settings dlls disabled at 1080p my average fps around 140. I capped fps at 163 my screen is 165hz.In general PC runing quite even with that many fans. I'm happy with temps although I wish my gpu would stay at 70c but considering for 7.3 litre case I think in general it is runing at good temperatures.

A nice gaming card but very large
A good performing GPU but this version was fitted with 3 fans which made it too large for my medium sized case.

Review of the RTX 4060 LP OC
I was pleasantly surprised by how well it handles games like Cyberpunk, achieving 45 FPS on medium-high settings. While the price-to-performance ratio could be better, there’s nothing better available in this size. The temperature remains within 60-70°C, and the noise level at maximum fan speed isn’t unbearable. I used it primarily in an office PC, more or less as a workstation, and found that in a closed case, the noise is lower and more acceptable. I should note that I’m comparing it to my main system, which is water-cooled. Ps... I will add an update after some time if I don't forget.

Quite satisfied.
I'm quite satisfied with this card considering its price point. However, without installing a 90-degree bracket, the RGB fans don't stand out much. Additionally, the Gigabyte RGB Fusion software prevents the fans from lighting up and operating until necessary to cool the GPU.Putting those issues aside, when paired with the Gigabyte X670 AORUS ELITE motherboard and an AMD Ryzen 7 series CPU, it performs admirably. Although the placement of the power socket in the center of the card doesn't do much for aesthetics, it becomes less noticeable when the fans are in view upon installation.
