Honest Opinion
I bought the bike after doing some research ( even though there is no much about it ) When I received the bike, it has a scratch on my fork. I contact them and after doing a little bit of back-forth I receive around a $30 credit and a touch up paint which is worthless because it did not match the paint ( I asked them to send me a fork as is suppose to be New with 0 Scratches) However I decided to give it a try since I was excited, btw it looks better in person. I then took it to my nearest bike shop to get it professional inspected and tune... 1- they claimed that is Shimano however the Cassette is it but a knock off version ( I took it to 2 different places to get a second look) 2- The saddle it's uncomfortable but I can't really ask for to much from a price point of view. 3- The seat post will not hold. I then got it tune, upgraded the tires and saddle ( doing wheels as well) The company does communicate with you and they even sent me spare parts (seat post clamp) as I requested. The big question will be is it worth it? the short answer is YES It might take you a little bit of time to customize the bike, but the money that you're saving vs buying other big brands bike's is worth it. Unfortunately I cannot give them a 5 starts for this reason's ( seat post clamp with not hold the seat up tight and my fork had a scratch very noticeable)
