Unable to use no instructions and labeled wrong
The label states yellow 5-10 red 10-15, ect (see photo) my bands are all pink and purple so I have no way of knowing what strength each are. Then is comes with a door anchor and hand grips yet NO instructions on how to attach them to the bands. My doctor wanted me to use 5 pound and anchor to top of door for a hurt shoulder this has all I need just no way to use them due to me not being a mind reader and know if light pink is the same as yellow or red or green, and how to attach hand to the anchor to put on door. Wish I had opened and looked at them months ago when they first came as I would have returned. I just assumed it would have instructions.

Very helpful
These resistance bands work great for me. I love that there is a variety of 5 different strengths because I can change bands depending on what exercise I’m doing and what resistance level I need. Currently I’m doing physical therapy so I’ve been using these just about every day. I’ve had no issues and they tie and untie easily. They are a magnet for pet hair, but what isn’t? I would definitely recommend if you are looking for some variation in routine.
