Helpful for POTS!
I ordered these for my daughter who has POTS. They have really helped a lot. These are a lot smaller and more compact than some of the other, more expensive supplements. She was having to take 8 pills of the others to get the salt needed with those. With these she only needs 3 per day. The only side effect she's had has been 2 incidences of excess saliva. While it wasn't pleasant, it didn't last long. Apparently it can be a side effect of salt pills. So I don't believe it is due to the particular brand. It's just something to be aware of that can happen with any salt supplement. I would definitely recommend. She is doing other things to help deal with POTS symptoms, so this isn't a fix-all. But it is definitely an important part of her management.

So much cheaper than prescription
These salt tablets are so much cheaper than getting by prescription. I checked with my pharmacy to make sure it was the same thing and they said yes and if it’s cheaper, buy it. I’m saving basically 11 months worth by purchasing this one large bottle.
