I've read a few bad reviews about this product...and it was almost enough to convince me to pass on the purchase. I'm glad I ignored them. First off, the instructions are for garbage. It helps if you already know how to make donuts.It's a simple design. It heats oil, has a hopper that drops dough into the hot oil, and a timer that flips the donuts. Pretty basic. We got the single row so we would not need to stand around and watch the donuts and prevent the dough from bumping into one another.Also, the machine needs to be wired for 30amp, single phase. Very happy with the machine, will probably purchase another this summer.

Received my machine fine. started heating the oil up to cook. Then an Error code came up (E--4) and shut the machine complete down. Called support, they said just order a new one... What the heck... I needed it for a High School Fundraiser in three days. This did not make my company look good. DO NOT Buy this machine. Veleor has no support system to help you. I pacifically told the lady I want a service person to call me... No one ever did...

This unit does not perform like it shows in the pictures it is one donut every 45 seconds and then it flips and then it takes like a minute and a half to make one mini donut

The media could not be loaded.  there was leaking and the donut not look like the picture

Why is there NO Plug..? Please reply.

It’s important to know that this machine does not come with a plug. You have to be prepared to have an electrician finish wiring it.

No plug. Useless for use in the United States.

I haven't opened it yet, but, it's heavy. Came well packaged in a wooden crate. I can't say enough about the kindness of the delivery driver. He helped this old lady (senior) bring it into the house. Can't wait to use it for street fairs etc. My new sideline. I will rate when I use it

Works well, but not CSA approved. Canadian electricians cannot legally touch this machine.

Au prix payé, on s’attendait à mieux. Le mode automatique ne fonctionne pas, les beignes passent trop vite sur le convoyeur et certain ne sont donc pas cuits. Nous avons pris trop de temps avant de la tester et ne pouvons plus la renvoyer, je vous suggère de passer à une autre marque …

Incapable de faire fonctionner et impossible d’avoir de l’aide en français aucun service après vente après l’avoir acheté de la marde et 3500$ jeter à l’eau
