Well, what a horrible pH meter. I wasted 32 bucks.Ease of Use:- It's not easy to use at all. The directions are also confusing.- Cannot calibrate the thermometer, which is bad, because the thermometer is wrong.- Batteries are almost impossible to remove.Accuracy:- It claims freezing water is about 70F, or sometimes 25C. My other thermometers correctly read 32F or 33F.- pH levels are inaccurate - compared the results of this meter to the results of pH strips and General Hydroponic's pH kit. Those were accurate, but this was off by a pH level of at least 1 or 2.Feel:- Feels cheap and light.Outright lies:- The instruction manual says you can replace the electrode. My unit does not allow this.Either way, this product is a scam. It's using reviews from a different product to sell a terrible product. I hope Amazon fixes this. Awful product. Do NOT buy.

Very sneaky of company to use a straw listing to change to a ph meter listing so it looks like it has good reviews. Amazon should not allow this to happen, very deceptive and lowers my trust in amazon. The ph meter is junk and widely inaccurate. It was impossible to even calibrate since the reading change everytime you use it. It tested my tap water anywhere between 6.2 and 8.9. I don't mind it being a little inaccurate, but this isn't usable at all. Waste of time, I now need to order a different brand and return this one. Two thumbs down

BEWARE. I bought 3 of these PH meters and ALL of them were defective - Plus I have to pay for the return shipping. Each of these had a different PH reading from 4 to 8, after calibrating. I compared to two high end meters and they were way off. They would kill my discus fish if I used them. Reviews are WRONG - they are about a different product. These are awful.

First one that was sent wouldn't turn off, was obviously one someone else had returned, and was wildly inaccurate. Calibrated repeatedly, wasn't close to other testers. Second one did in fact turn off, still wildly inaccurate. Gives very low ph readings and ridiculously high ppm readings. Tried one more ph test w/9.18 solution, other tester was very close, testing solution was spot on...and this one said it was 7.75. After several minutes it rose to...8.07. Can't trust at all, read reviews of other ph testers that are the exact same design and you'll get something closer to the truth

The package received was not sealed. When I took out the instrument I noticed the batteries were already installed which was unusual. After powered on it could not function and all the functions bottoms did not work. I could not even turn off the power. I had to remove the batteries to shut it down. The user manual was so poorly written it was not of any help in trouble shooting. I had to return this product and give it a zero rating.

Have had the meter for maybe a month, pH stuck at 0.0. What can you expect for $20.00. You have to pay more for quality. Sham on me
