If you sit in an office chair you need this.
This helped with the pain I have in my back and hips. The material was made of good quality, and the cushion was thick enough not to feel the hard seat under neath.

Nice and firm and comfortable. I’ve had it for a while (over a year) and it has not lost its hold or firmness

Don't recommend if used it daily and all day
The lumbar support pillow works great but the seat cushion not recommended. The lumber support help my back. On the other hand the seat cushion was burning my butt, don't recommend if you use it daily. The shape was feels weird after using for the awhile, I do believe due to it polister material causes the feel of burning your butt.

These are wonderful cushions! I have tried MANY and these are a great value and work exceptionally! I am disabled and have to use cushion sand I wish I would have found these years ago. Great products!
