Crucial Four Superfood Organic Meal Replacement Shake- Great for Weight Loss, Gut Health, Immunity and Energy

WOW!!!! I am in awe of the taste! Delicious!!!! I had been drinking pumpkin seed and hemp protein shakes and this tops them all in taste! Coconut milk, a little cashew butter, half a frozen banana is super delicious and I feel energized afterwards! I honestly feel a bit too jittery after so I may need to use 1 less tablespoon but I am healing fron Hashimotos and an extra sensitive to most foods, vitamins, and supplements. I know the price is a bit off putting but for everything packed into one yummy shake (& I have been a shake connosiour for 6 years now) it's worth it to me. I have 4 kids and struggle with self care. Crucial Four feels very much like an easy way to care for myself!Update: I am obsessed! I keep repurchasing! No shake or shake taste compares!!!!! I add a frozen banana now and coconut milk and It's my sweet treat! Way to go to this company! Incredible! Worth every penny!

I absolutely love crucial four. At first I was very skeptical as anyone would be, but the benefits I witnessed and felt were incredible! I have been taking crucial four for about 4yrs every morning and can truly say it has been the best protein powder/supplement I have ever taken. The fact that it is all natural has enough merit, but the benefits that I feel include; increase focus, increased energy and stamina, increased libido, all around increased health (I can’t remember the last time I have been sick). I would recommend and encourage this product to everyone and anyone!

Hi friends, I don't ofter leave reviews, but I really felt compelled to with this product. I have been through the entire spectrum of nutritional supplements. I have been "there and back again" so to speak. Crucial 4 is the best I have found, period. First the flavor - it tastes great. The consistency - it a fine and powdery (doesn't pack up like pea protein). The nutritional values speak for themselves - but I have to say that the addition of cocoa nibs and flax seeds is a great touch.You can look at this product from any number of angles - body building, meal replacement, weight loss, etc. Again, the numbers speak for themselves.But here is the real difference, in my opinion. The ingredients. When I consume this product, not only do I feel satiated...but my body feels like it is receiving the nutrients and food that it really really wants. And what I have experienced, is that this feeling carries over into the rest of my day. It is the feeling of giving my body what it really really wants. And that feels really good.And so I guess, my review of Crucial M is that when I drink it, I feel really really good.

I really like this stuff. I add it with my normal protein to make a really high protein replacement meal in the morning. I would not recommend by itself, but definitely worth the buy due to what all is in it.

The stuff Charles and crucial four sells is not only extremely healthy with highly dense nutrients, it also tastes good and is extremely easy to take. Being a personal trainer there are mornings I have clients at 5:30 am and don’t get a break until 12. I used to get hangry and pissy because my body was running on nothing. Now, or really the past 6 years, I Make a shake in the morning and add some coconut oil and I’m good up to 12. Also great for Keto diet.

This is the best tasting protein powder we ever had ! I have tried 6 different ones but this is the best , no fillers, no added sugar all PURE ingredients! I usually mix with coconut milk/ cashew milk and avocado! Almost a complete meal ! this is what I drink before or after work out! Gives me energy and hardly get sick ! Highly recommend you try it !
