Went to the chiropractor for something, and mentioned that I could never touch my toes. He introduced me to an exercise using this in his office. And after a few weeks, my partner was able to touch his toes! I'm still working on mine but I haven't been as consistent as my partner. If you can't touch your toes, look in the mirror and try to touch your toes and see how far away from the ground you are. Then stand with the half your foot on the edge of the mat. So heel is on the ground and toes are elevated at about a 30 degree angle and try to touch your toes 30x. Then switch have your heel resting on the mat, and your toes on the ground at about a 30 degree angle and try to touch your toes 30x. Then having your feet flat try to touch your toes. You will notice that you're a little bit closer than before. This supposedly strengthens the muscles to help you touch your toes. If you do this consistently you'll get closer and closer and can touch your toes.

I first started using these pads at physical Therapy And Rehab. I now use these pads at work. I’m finding that after 21+ years of kneeling down to place lift arms under cars. And crouching in the backs of cars, that my knees no longer like me.Using these pads now, will hopefully save my knees for the next 20 years just a little bit more.Things I enjoy about these pads, are they retain their form and they don’t seem to be falling apart.I also enjoy the fact that they come in multiple colors I can get them dirty and they don’t mark up seats. Most of the cars that I work on, are all leather trimmed everywhere!

This pad is awesome! I was very skeptical when I first saw the thickness having expected it to look thicker. So I put it on the hard floor and kneeled totally convinced I'd be sending it back. Instead, I was blown away by how much protection it provided for my cranky knees. Today I used it for a number of exercises and was thrilled by how well it performed. I plan to purchase another for travel! Great product at a great price!

Bought this for my mom to use for her physical therapy balance exercises. Good quality, thickness and large enough to safely perform exercises. Good bang for your buck.

It’s just like the one at my PT office so I can do some of my exercises at home. It also includes a nice card with other exercises to try.

The cushion proved to be just what I needed for physical rehabilitation following knee surgery. It is firm yet comfortable to perform many exercises.

Just like the one used in PT. Cushion is thick, sturdy and very durable. Spouse uses it as a seat cushion to raise him off the couch making it easier for him to get up. Would definitely recommend.

Gradually progressing in the gym and adding weights to my hip thrust was becoming painful, this completely solved it and i even had other people approach and ask me where i got it from because it's an absolute necessity for us lifters

One of those items were you just don't see the point in purchasing it, but it's so useful.Perfect addition for so many home gym activities; calf raises, push-ups, roll outs, crunches, to name just a few.Thought this was a bit expensive at first but it's great quality and I'm sorry I didn't purchase one sooner.Definitely recommend.
