Best £15 I have ever spent this is the absolute dogs nutz. I have larger knotted trigger points in my shoulder blades the rhomboid muscles! You can use what tip is most comfortable and what ever your paid fresh hold is.the silver ball can be put in the freezer which feels so nice aswell but just remember to use it one day then rest the next 1 or two days depending how much damage you have done spllitting all them knotted muscles up also make sure you drink plenty of water before stay hydrated use the water in the muscle as a cushion 👍 happpy rolling 😁

The suction and strength of this gizmo are top-notch. I sometimes get carried away, when massaging my back against the wall, that the ball slides up and off the wall mount. The pointy massager gets deep into the knots in my back muscles. It's sometimes overwhelmingly painful but releases my tension.

Hard to remove from wall. Would be better if there was the ability to screw to the wall and change attachment without needing to remove from the wall

I was dubious when purchasing this item that it wouldn't perform effectively. I was very impressed with the build quality, stuck very well to a flat metallic wall, I could put a lot of pressure onto the ball with my back and it held perfectly. Item works as described.

Not fit for purpose! This low quality product does not stay in place on any wall (other than my tiled bathroom wall which isn't suitable due to other things on the wall and the lack of space, almost all suitable walls in most homes would be painted or wallpapered which this will NOT stay attached to) when used with enough weight application to actually get into the muscle area, when ypu do it'll start sliding around and then come off the wall. In addition the "massage ball" isn't encased against any kind of bearings or other friction/pressure abating mechanism to stop it becoming 'stuck', it's simply a hard plastic ball pushed into a hard plastic casing, so when you do try to apply enough weight to get it into your muscle it'll become increasingly difficult to 'roll' over it because the necessary pressure causes the ball to get stuck against the containing cup. Complete waste of money which I'd return if I could currently walk and get to somewhere to return it via since I can't get it picked up from my home as a return DO NOT BUY!

Secures to door at hip height. Really helps with knots in hips. Does not fall off door. Easily slips into place. I bought a second one for my son, its that good. Well made. Highly recommended

I didn't think the suction cup would stick to the wall, especially under duress when in use. Truth be known, you can't get it off unless you use the leaver, and it leaves absolutely no marks whatsoever on the wall. Massage that Knott in your back with ease. Definitely a 10/10 product and well with the money.
