According to the label, yes. Made in USA. I have been very happy with these landscape pins... very sturdy with good points.

Are these safe to use for drip irrigation for my containers? The package has a Prop 65 notice for lead/nickel, and I don't want these leaching.

My wife and I have used landscaping staples for years, They eventually rust, but I wouldn't worry about lead or nickel leaching into the soil.

Anyone use these as racoon spikes?

I use them when I lay down soaker hose. They work great and can be reused over and over.
