Just buy it!
It's beautiful, light weight , soft and comfortable to wear. Fits perfectly as the material is stretchable and not thick like other velvet blouses. Comfortable to wear in hot seasons too. My order arrived a little late than I expected so returned it. But liked it so much that I ordered back in another colour.

Looks great, but not confident to wear.
The fabric is "stretchable velvet." The blouse is not stretchable. Embroidery gets damaged as we stretch it. No lining inside.
