Box contains: 1 x cold / hot pack 1 x pouch Instructions: Hot use: Boil an amount of water in a pan to completely cover the gel pack. Once the water has boiled, remove from the heat source, place the gel pack into the water and allow to stand for 5-6 minutes. Repeat this procedure until the gel pack has reached the desired temperature. Cold Use: Before use, please place the gel pack into the freezer or in the icebox of a refrigerator for 20 minutes (it takes a minimum of 1 hour to completely freeze). Do NOT apply the gel pack directly onto the skin, use the pouch supplied and for no longer than 20 minutes in each application. Caution: If you are unsure which treatment you should use please consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not puncture pack. Recommended for external use only. Do not ingest - if accidentally swallowed, drink plenty of water and seek medical advice immediately. If fluid contacts your skin or eyes flush with water. Never place pack directly onto skin - extreme temperatures may cause burns. Always use the pouch provided or wrap the gel pack in a protective cover to avoid burns.
