Don’t hesitate! This system works great. You don’t need an air tank, but you can add it. I priced all the others Legends for example was 1900.00 without a tank. I bought a stainless tank from Amazon for an xtra 40 bucks but it hasn’t came yet and I probably won’t bother to install it. The ride is fantastic. The instructions were vague but there are videos online.

The kit had everything need to bolt onto my 2003 Ultra Classic. The compressor can be rotated and slid back or forward to accommodate the bags.

I waited for 30 days before I reviewed this item so I could see how it performed. Very easy install with very little understable instructions. 1st thing you notice is that air ride is quite uncomfortable and very bouncy and these were both. Very cheap fittings and air line which is why I'm sitting with no way to ride my bike because the air line has broke off flush in 1 of the shock fittings and no one and I mean no one sells these fittings. Can't ride a bike that's sitting on its own rear fender. I feel foolish but it does look cool sitting there all low and all.

Let me start by saying I am a professional motorcycle mechanic for 18 years. The kit is comprehensive and comes with everything you need to install air ride. The only issue I have is with the shocks. The bushings in the eyelets are molded into the rubber isolator, and therefore do not pivot. When the shock bolt is tight it presses on the sleeve and causes the ends to bind. This needs to be rectified otherwise they mine as well not come with it. They need to move freely to prevent binding and allow full articulation of the shock safely. If you machined a sleeve to put inside the eyelet that is slightly longer they would work. Be careful if you install these and don’t check that.

So I wasn't able to install it as soon as I wanted. To start there was not nuts and bolt supplied with the kit. I had to drill out to holes on the mounting plate to except bolts. And the shocks leak at the fitting no matter what I did to seal them up. Other then that easy to install and for those wandering. It comes with 1/8 air line

Everything was fine but they only include one solenoid. I know more parts are needed like air tank and pressure switch. But they did send one solenoid but you need 2 to inflate and deflate
