I'm really liking this potato cutter! I had another one which disappointing cut well at first, but then black pieces of the upper plastic would come off onto the fries, so I had to rinse it off the potatoes. This one is fairly new. I've only used it about 7 times (if that). But so far so good. Maybe eventually it will do the same as my other one, idk, but so far so good. It's easy to use, cuts potatoes in 2 seconds, easy to clean (dishwasher), helps make fast meals! I'm 100% satisfied!

Works exactly as it says it does. It clearly says in the instructions, that you cannot use it for sweet potatoes so the people using it for that and then giving bad reviews are not being fair to the product. Some reviewer also mentioned how the top holds water, but that would be a non-issue if you look at your product box and instructions and it shows you can twist the top off and therefore drain the water out. I just used mine for the first time today and cut approximately 10 russet potatoes with the peelings on with absolutely no issue whatsoever. If you take your potato and and slightly push it into the blades, it will hold it there so that you can push it all the way through it.. I do not know how long it will hold up, but for a first try I absolutely love it. I do agree with one reviewer that I wish it had more blades.

Love this thing. The wife likes egg and potatoes. She is finicky about how the potatoes are cut. This get me half way through make 3/8 inch potatoe cubes. It is fast!

This thing is terrible it broke the first time trying to make fires and it sliced up my finger.

So this potato cutter is a 9.3-10 only because the top part that you use to push the potato in is actually very hard to clean because it has so many tiny grooves , and thats a safety concern in my opinion because if someone just chose not to fully clean it then they would leaving tiny potato chunks in the grooves which would eventually get rotten and that is a safety concern , also there was no instructions on using the microwave / cutting the potato in half in order to actually get the french fry cut. But other than that this potato cutter is top tier it cuts potatoes very easy , and keeps your hands completely safe as the chopping mechanism is completely enclosed that is my favorite part about this its the safety so I love this i can chop potatoes in 2-3 seconds compared to like 30-50 seconds each potato it saves your energy it saves your time its safe , very worth it 9.3 out of 10

I am too clumsy for this devise. I literally sliced myself every time I tried to use or clean it - and the slices were not small. I don’t generally tend to hurt myself on my kitchen knives and appliances. I think this one may have been haunted and actively trying to take me down. Works great to cut peeled potatoes. Not great for unpeeled potatoes. If you’re a braver person than I am, this may be just what you’re looking for. If you’re like me and may pick things up to clean without thinking, then may the odds be ever your in favor with this thing.
