Well made and worth the money!
This floor cover works great. Yes it is a bit tricky to unroll and get into place but it certainly isn't that hard. It's well made and is working great for my office.

Works fine
Just what I needed for my office. Was concerned about the smell and problems in getting flat from the reviews, but no problems at all in getting it down.

Horrible product
I can’t over emphasize how difficult this thing is to unwrap and get to lay flat. Now almost a month after getting it under my chair, it still curls up. Plus it has chair dents all over it. I hate it. I would return it but now I can’t easily get it rolled back up. Cheap and a real pain.

Extremely flimsy, does not lay flat, difficult to move chair. Disappointed.
The product description makes it seem sturdy and I was expecting a much better product. Very disappointed in the quality. Rollability is almost non existent, takes much effort to get it to roll. Protects the floor, I guess, but need it to do what is designed to do. Will not lay flat, followed the directions included, all 4 edges still curl. Using a standard office chair - (not a large heavy one). I am about 175 lbs. Wife is about 125 lbs, has same issues. Probably should give it 1 star - trying to be nice. I do not recommend buying this.

Nice size. Only or low pile carpet.
Make sure to take one this is for low pile carpet. It’s too thin and flimsy for anything else. Nice size. Didn’t catch the carpet thickness info in the description so it didn’t work for me and I had to return. Seems like it would work fine for a low pile or on a hard surface and if I had that, would have kept it. .

NOT long lasting
Apr 8, 2024 update: I have now had this mat for 7 months. Has been cracking, developing holes for almost 2 months now. It is finally to the stage of it must go. I can't roll across it without hitting a hole and the wheel getting stuck. DON'T waste your money. I am now going to look for another mat. Even the cheapest mat I ever bought at Staples, for under $50, lasted well over a year. This is a major disappointment. Finally able to find a size that fits and don't have my chair rolling off of the edge and the wheels sticking. Too soon for me to talk about the durability, only been about 3 weeks. So far, works fine.

Very stiff, won't flatten out
It's been over a week since I received this mat and I can't get it to flatten out. When it initially arrived, it was SO STIFF coming out of the box, I couldn't get it to unroll. Part of what it makes it HARD TO UNROLL is the pointy spikes on the bottom of it stab your hands while you're trying to do it. I decided to give it a day or two to warm up (it was delivered on a cold day), hoping it would relax. Then I tried again. I was able to get the first couple of feet open, but didn't have the physical strength to unroll it past that. So I put two heavy stools on what I had open, and every so often moved the stools further in to try to unroll a little bit more. I finally was able to get it open and in place in my craft room, but it's so lumpy and bumpy I can't even roll my chair on it yet. As you can see from the picture, I've been running a heater on it to try to soften it, and have heavy tubs of fabric and two tables on it to weight it down and flatten it some more - but it's still very wavy/bumpy after all this time. The mat IS the perfect size for what I need, and frankly I don't think I could ever get it rolled back up enough to return it, so I'm going to continue to try to flatten it. Just know if you order it, it is very hard to get unrolled and flat, and the whole time you're trying, the spikes on the bottom of it are going to hurt your hands. I will say this, if you have two strong people who could work together to unroll it, I'm sure that would make it easier. The sheer size of the mat I ordered certainly complicated a single person trying to unroll it.

Nice but slicker than previous one
It came in a nice cardboard box. However, getting it to uncurl was a major chore. I am sure part of that problem was the extremely cold weather we were having when it was delivered (near zero). Once I got it smoothed out, it went down. Be very careful when putting rolling stools on it. It apparently is lot more slick than my previous mat. My stool toppled over and I took a hard fall. My stool has never been an issue before. Since that happened, I switched it out for a computer chair from another room.
