My cat loves this so much! It gives him the opportunity to be outside safety. He has no front claws ...yeah...not my doing. I got him like that sadly.. but he is a good ol' boy! Had him since he was 8 years old now he is 17 years old and acts like a kitten. Loves the play chase with my 3 year old daughter and take her toys she plays with to get her to play with him 🤣 but enough of that the product is well made and durable in the wind! You will have to anchor it down though if you put it in the grass on a windy day. Love that it's easy to fold and put away if need be. Not heavy at all! Size is a lot bigger then I thought and that made it all the better! My 3 year old loves to get in with her kitty 😍 highly recommend!

Original review below. The update is as follows: Via Amazon, we let the seller know the problem. They immediately sent a replacement. Not only did they replace the cube, they sent an entire new box of the whole set, which they absolutely did not have to do. Now the cat has almost twice as much "tent' room. (we tossed the original cube). The replacement is perfect, and we are happy with the seller. Excellent customer service (Original) The product has held up fine, so far. (1 whole day). HOWEVER, when assembling, the zippers on the cube/tube were all installed the same direction, so we could only attach the tube to the large tent, but not the cube (or vice versa, if we wanted). Clearly someone was not paying attention when they put it together. Not wanting to send it back, we thought about duct tape, safety pins or other solutions, until - voila! We turned the cube inside out. Yes, the seams are now on the wrong side and it looks slightly wonky, but it zips property. Also, this came with a cat toy and a very nice cat leash. Not sure if it was supposed to , but not going to turn them down.

I bought this 2-3 years ago for outdoor time for my cats and have been pleased! The items were larger than I had envisioned. The box and tunnel are pop up while the tent is like a normal tent, but the size makes it manageable for a fairly quick setup and breakdown. The tent is made of sturdy material. And one day when a very very strong wind picked it up and carried it off my second story patio, it survived being pushed across asphalt and up into the bushes! (I started weighing it down after that). My only real complaints are: 1) the fabric on the pop up items was not very sun-proof. It not only faded but weakened, so the metal frame is popping through it. That is after maybe 2 weeks of it being outdoors continuously and then it being stored indoors between uses. Still, I got 4 years out of it and it still is technically working, so a fairly good deal. I am looking to buy the box and tunnel again and I will be more cautious about leaving it in the sun this time. 2) Basically, the way the zippers are set up, you only get 5 configurations. You can use the box on its own, the tent on its own, or connect the tunnel to either of them, or both at once. I was hoping to be able to use the tunnel on its own, but that's not possible.

Was going to buy a catio but wanted to be able to store it away easily. This easy to set up mesh seems super durable. My cat loves this and I'm so happy she can enjoy being outside and stays safe. Knocking it down a star because one of the poles broke during assembly when I they started bending to hold the shape. It's still up, just a bit wonky - but that hasn't stopped my cat from begging to go out since I put it up. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. Update. While I wasn't certain if the broken rod was a manufacturing weak spot, or user error (or both), I've spoken with the company and they were so nice to deal with - they are sending me a replacement rod so I've changed my rating from 4 to 5 because of such great customer service (also I don't think anyone ever sleeps - they answer messages FAST - no matter when you send them lol) One year update. My cats (I have 2 that go out now) still absolutely LOVE going out in this. It even stayed up all winter because they wanted to go out for short periods in all but the coldest weather. It still looks and performs as though brand new, even though I no longer break it down in bad weather (I've weighted it down with paver stones in the 4 corners so it stays put). I absolutely still recommend this product for those who can't afford/don't want a permanent catio. All things considered, especially how much my cats like it, this is one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon.
