you have to clean the filter ever time you used it ,and you get coverd in dust when you clean it

The unit was fine for a few sessions and when the suction was bad and the mitor started smelling I took the unit to my workplace as we use air compression tools and I knew I could blow the motor area very effectively to clear any accumulated dust in the motor . This has not worked at all . I have contacted the company via Amazon to see what their repair policy is . I will update this post when I hear more.

Has so many problems that an exhaustive list would take me too long to write. The critIcal failures are it cannot vacuum the ash from even a small fire without the main filter getting blocked; the filters that protect the motor get blocked too easily causing overheating; the seals leak after a while, sending dust into the room whilst it's operating; and finally - it is total junk.

Suction great to start with but after a few times of using it, it takes ages to suck up

This product was no good for me. I have a wood burning stove and he filter blocked half way through everytime I went to clean it out and would stop working.

I used this once filter blocked when lifting ash found this item not fit for purpose very disapointed .would like full refund.bob.

Did not ddo well from a fireplace small grit and debry got in and cleaning was a problem
