I am absolutely thrilled with this rowing machine! My main priority was finding something small and transportable for our guest bedroom, and this fits the bill perfectly. It's incredibly lightweight, which makes moving it around effortless. When we have guests or just need the floor space, I can easily prop it up against the wall where it takes up almost no room. Despite its small size, it provides a great workout. The digital tracker is a really nice touch for monitoring my progress, and the integrated device holder is super useful for watching videos on my phone while I row. If you're looking for an effective, compact, and easy-to-store rower, this is an amazing choice.

This rower was so easy to assemble I could weep. It took just a few minutes and the instructions were clear. The app included was fast to signup for and I was taking my first intro class for form about 20 minutes after opening the box. The machine is easy to use/figure out and comes with 12 levels of resistance that range from nothing to serious. The seat is very smooth and the only noise is the sound of air when you pump the row bar back and forth. The ONLY caveat with this machine that I feel is worth mentioning is that I'm 5'7" and when I pull the bar back, it comes to my hip instead of higher up on my torso. I fear that if you're any taller than 5'9" or are very leggy, this may not work for you. Otherwise, this is a major value and provides a fantastic workout that is supported by an equally fantastic app with access to classes and routines.

Good quality easy assembly quite operation.the phone/ tablet Holder is I nice feature it carry lightweight and compact I gave only 4stars because I’m 5’2 and It’s has a very short rowing distance I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re any taller than 5,2 I’m barely able to get a full workout

My husband had been on me for awhile about exercising more and the only things I've ever enjoyed were rowing and yoga. We live in a really small place so traditional rowing machines were out. I did some research and this was priced right, compact and lightweight, and didn't plug in. This is not a machine for competitive rowing. But I can't afford that, and don't have the space. However, it is excellent for a great full body cardio work out. The best part is honestly the app. I had no idea how motivating it would be to keep track of my progress with virtually no data entry by me. The Bluetooth connects to the app and tracks the entire workout. Additionally, the app helps to make it like a game. You get points for working out and doing challenges. Plus, when I do a longer row, it's nice that I can do a yoga or Pilates class immediately after without much extra effort. And the yoga after has helped with so many pains that are attributed by old age and working out without stretching properly. Anyway, as a 40 year old woman with ADHD who has serious executive dysfunction, apparently having a machine at home is a huge game changer. I don't have to get ready to go anywhere and I can row whenever I want.

Very nice rowing machine. It took me only 15 minutes to assemble. They made it very easy to do too. Plus! It came so nicely insulated that I had no damaged pieces. The only thing I wish they would do, is make the machine extend back further. Like let it set for two sizes short or long. That way people that are 5'7 and taller can really enjoy it also. I'm 5'6 1/2 and it's almost too short for extending it back for me. So if your shorter, you will definitely get a great workout from this machine. It's made great and it even came with batteries to run your timing on your rowing for you.

I’ve been using this rower every day since it arrived, and overall I’m really impressed. It’s gentle on the body while still giving a solid workout, and the machine functions smoothly. The noise level is low, it was easy to set up, and the build quality is great for the price—it doesn’t feel or look cheap. I also appreciate that it doesn’t take up much space and can fold up to slide under the bed. I’ve also been enjoying the Sunny Fitness app—it’s fun to use and adds good variety to my workouts. However, there are a couple of disappointments. The description and the instructions both say the rower is Bluetooth capable, but it isn’t, which was frustrating to discover. And this morning, the Velcro foot strap tore after only four days of use. I’m not sure if replacement straps are available, but it was definitely discouraging. Overall, it’s a solid machine for the price, but these issues are worth noting for potential buyers.

Works well and easily. Numerous videos on their free app. It does exactly as advertised and feels good to use. I’m glad I got it.

Another great product from Sunny Health & Fitness. Having purchased their stationary bicycle and elliptical, I knew this Rowing Machine would be good. Being empty nesters and downsizing for retirement, I found Sunny manufactures quality exercise equipment for small areas. This rowing machine came quickly and was mostly assembled. I think it took all of 5 minutes from the box to exercising. Its a great addition to my "Sunny" home gym....

Hay varios tipos de máquina de remos, este es el menos sofisticado, pero solo con usarlo un par de minutos te convences de que no hacen falta ingeniosas poleas, sistemas hidráulicos ni complejos artilugios. Es un pistón, un amoetiguador si me apuras, que regulado a tu medida te ofrece una experiencia muy satisfactoria. La app además es muy completa pudiendo por bluetooth conectar tu remo y explorar multitud de ejercicios. 5 estrellas diría me parecen incluso poco. Recomendado 100%
