Easy to install, great quality
Easy to install, smooth operation, better value than other brands and hard to tell any difference. Need cleaning out of the packaging as covered in oil to protect them but that’s a minor inconvenience and probably worth having!

a slightly less smooth operation than the Blum version, at around a third of the price per pair!
The media could not be loaded. I've fit blum, and I've fit these REJS, and aside from reading and understanding the nuances / dimensional requirements of each, the end result is a slightly less smooth operation (which isn't that noticeable even when they are empty let alone full of clothes). I will buy these for the clients that don't want to spend around 3 times as much for the blum version, and blum for those who do! The instructions are easy to translate (on page 65 of the install info on the REJS website / page 67of116 PDF)... Will be using these myself as I can't say the blum ones I have on a previous project are worth the extra.

High Quality, Low Price
These are good runners. Easy to use once you download the spec sheet off the sellers Website. Easier to fit and much cheaper than leading brand 3D Runners.

Instructionless
The product arrived on time in bubble wrap and parcel tape. It looks quite good but came with absolutely no instructions. There were some on the web site but they were so small and couldn't be enlarged enough to read them. I ordered the same size as on on other draws on the unit but these are too small. As no paperwork came with them and the instructions on the web site are too small to read I have no idea whether have actually received what I ordered. So instead of an easy fit I am having to put a spacer on the bottom of the drawer to make them fit - just hope I get the measurements right. The product looks good, the runners run smoothly but its a guess as to whether the right ones have been delivered. The Company needs to look seriously at its advert and customer support.
