How can i contact the company through email? My order got messed up and im not sure what to do?

If you cannot reach a company directly, reach out to Amazon. I also believe all Amazon purchases can be returned now using a local vendor like, Kohls Department Store, if you have those where you live. If all else fails and you are stuck with something you did not order or that is broken, and you CANNOT get ahold of the company who sold it to you, I would maybe dispute the charge to your credit card, with your credit card company. Just be honest with them and they will let you know of it is disputable or not.

Does this help you loose weight?

I am assuming you are asking because it is thick, will it be more filling than normal free-flowing water. And I cannot answer that question. We only purchased it after our son gave us the money for it because he saw a challenge on YouTube that involves in this thick water. You almost cannot swallow this without gagging due to it being so thick. It truly should be left to those who have motility issues when swallowing normal liquids. my wie uses this and finds it helps prevent aspiration when drinking,it has no taste to bother her using it with juices or other drinks as a mix.The price is comparable with local pharmacies' except CVS often gives coupons for dollars of on anything so it helps offset the cost
