Excellent product. My washing machine went from a loud clankly mess to running smooth and quiet. Did the job it was intended to do. Now, You will definitely need a second pair of hands(two person job) to install it but it’s not difficult todo and anyone can do it. My second pair of hand was my wife. Easy to install.

I think it’s been about half a year and they are still working. Wear plastic gloves while installing because it’s greasy.

Plan to change out from the top!

Had a repairman here for $135 who diagnosed the problem and told us about the parts he would have to order before he came back. Estimated cost to repair was close to $500, citing expensive parts. Surprisingly, I found these parts here on Amazon at a fraction of the charge he had quoted (which made us suspicious that they were not the same quality). However, I ordered them, watched several You Tube videos until we found our exact model, and voila, we repaired our own washer pretty easily and saved alot of money. These Suspencion rods were of the exact same quality as the ones we removed, and it has not gone out of balance since replacing the old rods.

Installed these suspension rods on my Samsung washer just two weeks ago, and they've already broken again. Despite the initial affordability, the lack of durability is a major letdown. Invest in a sturdier option for long-term reliability.

Got this kit for our Samsung washer, install was easy ( wear rubber gloves for the grease!) and these new units solved the issue. We will see how long they last, but in the meantime they are cheap enough to buy a spare set for when these go bad.

Washer is working again, drum is spinning evenly.

Easy to install. Reset my washer and it balances perfectly now. Had new (4) rods in within 15 min. One of the suspension rods we took out was slightly bent, so this was a quick fix and very easy to do.

Awesome replacement rods. Easy to change after watching vidio on Utube for Samsung washing machine. They have been working good for a month. Time will tell how long they last. The original Samsung rods lasted 11 years. This price was about half of Samsung price on their website. So far I would order these again if they last a few years.

It's been 3 months since we bought this, and our washer started shaking again. It's a bad product, we don't even do laundry every day
