I will die on the hill that these earphones are the best ones. My husband gave me a pair that he had from his previous phone, and I have loved them since. I use that pair when I am working from home, and I bought this additional pair to keep at the office. I had bought another generic pair of earphones and they were such garbage, so I went down the rabbit hole of finding another pair of these. The sound quality is great, and the microphone is clear (or so I've been told) if you are using it for calls or meetings. The sound cancelling is pretty good, and the earbuds themselves fit comfortably in my ears. I love that they came with extra sizes, so you can swap them out as you need. I have been using the first pair for several years now, and the quality is still just as good as when I first started using them. Personally, I prefer corded earphones for work so I don't have to mess with trying to pair bluetooth or things not connecting. This is just easy plug-and-play. Works every time, seamlessly.

The first pair was I think damaged. Because the right side headphone wasn't working, so I threw those away and amazon send me a replacement Thank you. I will keep shopping for more

The quality on the last one I recieved seemed to be lower than previous ones I've bought. The buttons are loose and rattle a bit too much.

For the price these things work with no issues and that’s all I can ask for. They have full sound with no issues between either little bud speaker. Pretty heavy on the base the high ends sound isn’t too crystal clear.

Every time I use these with my Samsung Galaxy phone the people I'm talking to complain of very loud, scratchy static noise. The sound on my end is fine but every single person I've ever spoken to using these earbuds has said the same thing -- the sound is terrible. They are essentially worthless for talking on the phone.

Pretty decent sound quality especially for the price but the mic quality is ridiculously bad . I don't know if I got a faulty pair or what but it's just aggressive hissing and muffled sounds

Great replacement for the ones that came with my Samsung Galaxy phone. Build quality appears to be identical. This style fits my ears well, so I was happy to find that the sound quality was just as good with these as with the originals.
