There are too many benefits to write here but please investiagate if you dont know much about it. Prepare to be amazed when you try it

Great mix of probiotoc ingredients.
Makes a great yoghurt and I also added kefir crystals to add to the excellent choice of probiotics. I definitely recommend this product. I also added a extra Inulin to feed it.

Is it the correct strain for you?
This makes a lovely yoghurt BUT if you specifically looking for l.reuteri to target SIBO as per Dr William Davis's super gut book then this is the wrong strain. This strain is DSM 23878

I made William Davis's super yogurt with this using milk, cream and dextrose at 41C for 36 hours in a yogurt maker.The first batch did separate into solid and liquid but that's normal. The next batch I will make using a bit of the first batch rather than the original powder.It also works if added to a bottle of fruit juice and left to ferment in a warm place for a couple of days. You know it must have worked when the juice is far less sweet; the bacteria has eaten all the sugar.I don't know if this stuff stops aches and pains or makes me feel happy. Maybe time will tell. Maybe someone will comment on me looking younger or being happier.

Good stuff, helped my gut!
I got this supplement when the other brand wasn't available. This is good value for money. I found it effective and of good quality. There is no taste associated with it and no real smell either. Glad I found it.

Doesn’t make yoghurt at all
I couldn’t make yoghurt with this at all. Mixed with warm milk and followed the usual yogurt process but didn’t work at all. Bought and tried this twice. 30£ wasted.
