Great as exactly a “robot transformer car”
My 4 year old got this for Christmas and it’s an amazing toy. Friends are impressed (young and old) by how cool it is. Demo mode is fun. Doesn’t get a ton of play months later, but a fun remote control transformer car, if that’s what you’re looking for. Music is loud, if you have other remote control type cars like this…it’s the same song

Very cool.
My nephew is only 4 but into Transformers. The combination of a remote control car which he's never had before and the conversion to the Transformer was perfect for him. He is younger than the recommended age for this item but he figured it out right away how to use it. Parents just need to make sure it's powered off after use to save the battery charge on both the car and remote. Very nice looking compared to similar items on the market that are much cheaper in price, smaller and appear to be cheaper in appearance. A bit pricey at $119 but seller had it on sale at $80. The large size is nice. My nephew really liked it.

WARNING: Item seen in description is way smaller than it appears!
This is a very cool toy. One that I would have loved to have had when I was a kid. Everything works great. The car looks great. It transforms smoothly and the auto/demo feature is a very nice option. It comes with not 1, but two rechargeable batteries for the car and the remote requires 2 AA batteries (not included). But it is very disappointing that the photos of this car make it look to be WAY BIGGER than it actually is. Why must they mislead and upset the buyer when they have an otherwise great product to sell. Well, I guess that's a rhetorical question because the answer is, you see that photo of the kid/person standing next to the car and you think, "Wow! That thing is huge! How much?" And then you see the very reasonable price and then you it ADD TO CART, BABY!" That's why they do it. To get you to buy it. And I'm not going to bother with a return based on the size. But buyer beware! This thing is way smaller than promised in the description. Look at my photos. Look at my hand and how it reaches from the roof all the way down to the hood. Now look at the photo from the description. That person's hand barely reaches from the roof do the windshield. That is pretty disingenuous. It's a nice product, but just know that they are lying to you about the size.
