Does this taste like snickers?

No it doesn't taste like Snickers. But it really is one of the protein bars I've had. They do taste better once they're room temperature.

Do these contain stevia?

Yes they do. I usually do not like Stevia in products but the taste is very good. I googled "TRUWOMEN ingredients" for the more information.
