I honestly wasn't sure when I was looking at this as so many reviews seemed to be against it. However, that has not been my experience at all. This kind of money is a lot to me so I sent the seller a number of questions before the purchase, about cooling, RAM and other components and they couldn't have been more helpful. They always responded within a few hours and were very cordial. After a few days of deliberations and shopping around I found that this was incredible value for money, so I was a little apprehensive thinking that maybe it was a bit too good to be true. But decided to bite the bullet and purchase and I could not be more pleased that I did. The box turned up in amazing time and well within the expected delivery time. I ordered the i7, RTX 2070 version and it turned up prebuilt but had all the components boxes along with the tower. I thought this was a great touch as it meant that I had all the boxes for the individual parts, so I knew exactly what was in my machine. It comes with a USB WIFI adapter which works perfectly and has had no problems with online gaming or streaming. The tower itself is quite large but fits in well with the rest of my set up. It runs like a dream and has a remote control to change the RGB colours on the tower fans which is a great touch and make it look really impressive. I've now had it for around 3 months and couldn't be happier. As an avid gamer, it has performed amazingly well and definitely has not let me down. For the money I paid, this computer is amazing, it works perfectly and I would recommend to anyone, gamer and worker alike. The only thing to note is that it has only got one HDMI and the others are all DP ports for the monitor so if you have more than one monitor you may need an adapter if your monitor does not have a DP port.

Fast performance, great graphics. This is a great pre build with a stylish case. RGB cooling fans and great cable management.

Pro's: Very fast delivery and well packaged. It's a great computer and does what it says on the tin. I love it as it has put a nice smile on my face when I am using it. Con's: You will have to do a little setting up as not all the drivers had been installed but that's the fun of using a pc.

Brilliant pc, runs games at high settings with good fps, my only problem is the mother board is tiny, and I’ve tried getting a WiFi card put in because it comes with a usb WiFi thing, but they Couldn’t put a WiFi card in because the gpu is so big. On a bigger motherboard I’d be fine, that’s my only problem and would prefer a bigger mother board to future proof it

Very Strong Pc and quite not noise a lot so perfect

Ordered Friday and recieved next day, upon set up I couldn't get a picture just a black screen. Emailed support but as it was a weekend I wouldn't get a reply until Monday, Sunday night whilst I'm sat watching TV there's a massive flash and bang from where the PC is sitting, it exploded whilst turned off. Returns are awkward, message the seller and you're told to get onto amazon. They recieve the item back and I'd still not got a refund, emailed to ask what was happening "ask amazon" how about letting amazon know you'd got the pc back from so I could get my money back. Was without a PC for over 3 weeks, and to top it off the pictures of inside the pc are different from what you get, was missing at least 2 fans. I hope anyone else buying has better luck.

Extremely good. Runs games extremely well.

PC runs and games smoothly however the back came dented as if it had been dropped / hit by something. aesthetically it’s not the most pleasing but it does not affect the performance or fans or anything though so i am still very pleased.
