Any bigger powerlifter types that can confirm this will fit larger quads? Most sizes on shirts 2-3x and pants are usually 44 just to comfortably fit.

DoubleUP's roller separation ranges from 0-11". That's large enough for ~33" circumference thighs, or people that weigh up to ~330lbs. Our male model is a former NFL player with very muscular quads. And you can check our social posts to see several bodybuilders that use the product.

It sounds like you're asking if DoubleUP can be used for cross-friction massage applications. Yes, depending on the area of your body, you can use DoubleUP for this technique. You may not always be able to achieve a completely perpendicular stroke, but you can typically achieve at least a 45 degree angle in order to work across the muscle fibers or scar tissue that you are targeting. The ribbed roller is the ideal attachment for this technique, since it provides firm, targeted pressure.

Is it possible to lock the rollers so I can do a tack-and-stretch type of move?

The quick-change rollers have a pair of ball bearings and are not designed to lock to prevent rotation. However, you can still do a pin-and-stretch technique by squeezing the handles to apply pressure to the target location, and then just hold them still while doing the desired stretch movement. In most cases the rollers will remain stationary (won't roll) for that specific technique.

Can this be used to alleviate tension in your neck and shoulders?

We designed DoubleUP primarily for legs and arms, but there are some advanced techniques that can be used on parts of your neck and shoulders to relieve tension in those areas. We are planning to publish a video with a physical therapist demonstrating these techniques, but in the meantime, please contact me for more information.
