It just works. Perfectly.
Love this device. First, it seems very accurate. I don’t have something considered gold standard for accuracy to compare it to but side by side with my watch, Hume, other old chest strap and max trainer, the number jumps around the least as you’d expect. Two, the Bluetooth just works. Pairs one click with any of my machines or phones. Never fails. Never disconnects. No fuss whatsoever. Three, wearing it. I wear on my upper forearm and forget it’s there. It’s incredibly comfortable and does not move at all, ever. All that in mind I am glad I finally found the product for me. Completely recommend.

Don't miss a beat!
Bottom line up front: buy this heart rate monitor, you won't regret it. I've spent the last few months putting this COROS armband through its paces. As a triathlete with a CrossFit problem, here's what keeps me coming back: 1. Accuracy. First and foremost, it consistently delivers results on par with my Polar H10 (which now sits in a drawer as a result) and, in some cases, was more accurate (especially activities that sometimes involve weird chest movements or jumping, like in CrossFit). It showcases an absolutely snappy response to abrupt changes in HR during interval training. And, because it's an optical HRM, zero issues with tracking correctly from the moment you hit start, no matter the environmental conditions (unlike the age-old problem with humidity on chest sensors). 2. Comfort. It's so light you completely forget it's there! Importantly, it never rubs, chafes, or creates discomfort. On the upper bicep, it's never in the way, no matter the activity. The band itself easily adjusts to any arm and it can slide right off the sensor to throw in the washing machine and clean (when was the last time you washed your chest sensor??). 3. Ease of use. Frankly, it just works. If you own a COROS watch, this will sync right up. Though, while it works seamlessly with the COROS ecosystem, it will work with any Bluetooth-connected device (I have paired it with indoor rowers, other exercise machines, and non-COROS watches without problem). Lastly, this thing has a long battery life and is rechargeable, so you never have to worry about not having a spare battery on hand (the app or watch will even tell you how much battery is left). Zero regrets on this purchase. I strongly recommend the COROS armband to anyone who asks.

Accurate and easy to use
The Coros heart rate monitor is much more accurate than the standard one on the Apple Watch. I don’t need a lot of data points so have the data on the fitness app of the watch. Apple doesn’t like third party apps so there is only basic data collected which is fine for me. Putting the data into an app such as Strava will give much more information for training purposes. The monitor is easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to wear on the upper arm. Highly recommended. My irregular runner’s heart rate did not pose a problem for the monitor.

For circuit training only.
A few years ago I decided to start exercising and eating right. I'm 69 years old and decided I didn't want to spend my senior years using a walker. I joined a gym and started a weight lifting program to improve my sore back and arthritic joints. I bought a smart watch to monitor my heart rate between sets. Most of them were wildly inaccurate. After some research I decided to purchase the COROS Heart Rate Monitor. My needs were simple. Provide a readout during workouts, maybe a simple chart to measure the peaks and valleys, a kind of EKG chart. After a couple of weeks attempting to pair the device with my phone and watch I discovered that while my phone easily paired with the device the accompanying software app did not. It was then explained to me that the COROS app does not pair with the monitor and is only used to update the firmware. It was recommended that I use a third party app most of which require monthly or annual fees. After investigating a few of them, I realized that the services provided far exceeded my intended use. I decided to apply for a refund. I can't tell you how disappointed I am.

Love the HR Monitor & Even Better CS Support
As a hybrid athlete juggling Hyrox, triathlon training, and heavy lifting sessions, this device has been an absolute game-changer for me. Naturally, I was gutted when it broke within six months. Super easy to connect to my Garmin, and I find the HR to be fairly accurate. I like being able to wash the band as well. Because I love the product so much, I reached out right away for a replacement. The customer service team didn't just respond fast; they blew me away with their follow-up. Life got crazy with work travel, and I was slow to reply, but they proactively reached out to make sure I was taken care of. It showed me they truly care about the customer experience instead of letting tickets fade away. Outstanding support for a great product!

Comfortable, Accurate, and Well-Designed — But Not Perfect
This is an excellent piece of wearable fitness tech that delivers on comfort and accuracy, but it’s not without a couple of hiccups. I’ve tested it extensively across multiple workouts using both a Coros Pace Pro and a Garmin Fenix 7X—two reputable GPS watches with reliable HR integration. During two runs and two cycling sessions on each device, the arm band performed very well in general. The only two issues I experienced were: (1) one 35-second dropout during a 2-hour Coros cycling workout, and (2) a Garmin run where the band didn’t begin recording until half a mile in, despite appearing connected. Those were the only problems across all sessions, and while they’re not ideal, they were rare. In comparison, I’ve worn the Garmin chest strap for over 100 hours with zero dropouts. That said, the chest strap is much less comfortable than this armband. The comfort level here is unmatched—you almost forget it's on, and the strap never binds or cuts in like chest monitors can, especially during long runs. The build quality feels excellent, the band fits securely and adjusts easily, and the USB-C charging is a very welcome upgrade over more dated charging setups. The accuracy is excellent under normal conditions and stacks up very well against more expensive solutions, even outperforming wrist-based HR readings. One possible reason for the rare signal dropout could be my heavy tattoos, which occasionally interfere with some optical HR sensors—though it's worth noting that the Garmin chest strap does not suffer the same issue. In terms of quality, fit, and comfort, this is a standout product. It’s also an exceptional value for the money, especially when compared to more premium-priced competitors. Functionality is generally solid with the rare exception of brief signal loss. Durability seems promising, and I expect it to last under normal training conditions. Overall, while I’m docking one star for occasional signal drops, this remains my preferred heart rate monitor due to its superior comfort and ease of use. I’ll be using it exclusively from now on.

No buttons to press, turns on/off automatically
This Coros heart rate monitor does not have all the bells and whistles of other units, but if you want to just track your heart rate, this is the one to get. No buttons, it turns on automatically when it comes into contact with your skin. There is a small led that turns green momentarily when it first contacts your skin. When you take it off, it turns off automatically. Easy peasy! It easily paired with my Garmin Edge Explore 2. Battery life is amazing!

Great Product
First time trying an arm band after previously using chest straps and watch sensors. This is so easy to use, is comfortable, and connectivity with my Coros watch is seamless. The battery life is better than expected. If I have any quibble, it’s the fact the charging connection appears to be proprietary. It would be better if it was a universal usb C. Overall highly recommend.

Fungerar mycket bra
