Ordered this for smoothies and blending. Surprisingly good quality. Really heavy glass and sturdily put together. Would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Returning it after 1st use. I was excited for the glass jar etc , but it leaks , is really hard to fit blades onto container and clock into place and I train with weights. Had to keep asking my husband to open and close whilst trying to make Tahini. Simple sesame seed blending is a nightmare. Presently it is still stuck in the lock position and am waiting for my husband to get out of the shower to unlock. Oh and worst part have to pay £2.73 to return something that doesn’t work or it does ,after way too much effort. That’s just poor business practice. My refund is unfortunately also very delayed. Had to follow up and still have not had a response after sending the item back within days.

This blender was the best thing I have purchased. The design is amazing and it’s so easy to use. I can use it to crush ice, to make milkshakes and smoothies, and it’s so quick. I use it everyday. Definitely recommend it! Can use it to make sauces or dips, cake or pancake mixes- it’s so versatile!

Very disappointed with this product it didn’t work and couldn’t be bothered with the hasstle of sending it back.

Could i please have a replacement for the small lid seal please as it leaks as it is snapped. I do love the blender and works really well except the small part.
