CMS 50-DL Pulse Oximeter with Neck/Wrist Cord

Used this when suffering from COVID and gave such a low reading that had to go to hospital to be rechecked by their equipment. Hospital reading correct and we were advised to get rid of this meter. Also misleading in that packed in a carton with details in English while instruction leaflet in German. Do not buy.

Bought after checking reviews of this model online (from medical personnel). So far, seems to be accurate and working well. Purchased to potentially check effectiveness of oxygen administration in diving emergencies.

Not quite as good as my other monitor. Bought to see if my other was accurate. My other detects my heart rate being erratic when in atrial fibrillation but this one just gives me a steady beat. Read a review about this monitor and it said it was as good as professional monitors. I don't think it is.

Goods arrived as expected. This will be used as part of my Covid LFT to record my vitals

The pulse oximeter that arrived was not the one described or in the photo. I did my research and ordered this specific make and model. The one that arrived was unbranded and the results windows to view results were landscape not portrait. It was NOT the same item. You can find cheap versions for as little as £7.99 but this was £32.51. It didn't work properly either. The seller did not answer my 2 messages. Luckily Amazon intervened and were great and I got a full refund, including the expensive tracked postage cost to send it back, which the seller promised to refund in their Terms & Conditions. Terrible product. Terrible seller.

Bought this 6 months ago or so and now does not work. It just shows finger out error all the time now. Shame! Use to work well but clearly not robustly built. Waste of good money

This is not a genuine CMS 50-DL. See photos: the item I bought via the Amazon listing for "CMS 50-DL Pulse Oximeter" is the pictured at the bottom of the photos. The genuine Contec CMS 50-DL (bought elsewhere) is pictured at the top of the photos. Note there is no CE mark on the one below and the packaging and instruction manual are not labelled CMS 50-DL. The front of the oximeter is different on each one. This product may not give an accurate reading.
