Amazing watch
This is a fantastic watch!! To be honest I wasn't expecting much for the money but I am very happy with it. I had an apple watch before and changed to an android phone and this watch works perfectly with my Gigaset GX6. It's comfortable to wear with it's soft silicone strap, is very lightweight and looks great on. The screen is large and beautifully clear. I can customize the screen picture which I love. It's so easy to operate and find what you want. The health options seem to work great too. I fully charged it when I received it and didn't have to charge again for a fortnight!! Connectivity is easy and solid. I would thoroughly recommend this watch and guarantee you will love it too!!

Delighted
I love this little watch! The number of functions it has for the price is amazing, everything from blood pressure and oxygenation to the local weather. The app works well and it was no problem to sync notifications from my iphone. If you go through Apple Health you can link to apps like Nutracheck. The only quibble I've had is with the sleep function - it seems to get confused because I work til 2 a.m at a desk and it seems to think I'm asleep but for the price that's not a deal breaker. The strap is a very good length (my wrist is about 7 3/4" and I have five holes spare) and not irritating at all (unlike my previous 'big name' tracker). Battery life is around ten days, the first time I went to charge it I used the plug for my Kindle which didn't work at all but the one for my ecig took it from almost dead to fully charged in a couple of hours. It's a good watch - looks good, does the job and won't break the bank. Definitely recommended.

Ok but basic.
So this is entry level and it good for what you pay but has a few issues. The lovely. Blood pressure. Heart rate screens etc. are static they don't track but well that's ok. And it doesn't link to Google fit. The step counter seems a little fast as well. The good stuff. Ok so the screens don't change but the sensor are for the whole acute sleep is good and I checked BP and it's not as good as my BP machine but it's close so of your looking for an indication it's fine. If you wanted precise bloods information why would you use this watch get a pepper monitor. A few reviews are overly critical of the BP part but it's not a medical grade monitor. Also it's takes a while to get readings that's normal even a proper BP sensor takes a while to start. All in all it works it's cheap and it's fit for the job. I did notice it's much more efficient with the replacement strap pictured as it sits better on the wrist. The one it comes with is fine it's just looser by design; so if Blood pressure and HR are you concern spend a fiver more for a good strap. I bou

It's okay. Some features are better than others
What possibly would you expect for £29.55? It's pretty okay. Some features work well, others not so good. Here's my list: Heart Rate: appears pretty good, when compared to a device specifically made for this - 3/5 Full Day Heart Rate: looks about right, based on activity - 3/5 Blood Pressure: how on earth is this supposed to work? Junk - 1/5 Sleep: pretty much matches the results of other, more expensive and dedicated devices. I'll be generous - 4/5 Steps: when I wake in the morning my step count is already around 500. Unless I'm sleepwalking... Just typing this review has added a further 300+ steps so far, just by hand movement - 0/5 Blood Oxygen: no idea about the accuracy of this and wouldn't take it seriously, so - 0/5 The phone app: Simple and records events on the watch. I found it to be easy to use and for the most part, perfectly good - 4/5 Other functions: as a smart watch it has the usual additional functions, whilst connected via bluetooth to your phone. Frankly, in my mind, most are utterly pointless: weather (right now at your location), messages (texts, e-mails, WhatsApps etc.), camera (take a picture, using your phone, of your pocket), music player (play, pause, next track, previous track of the selected playlist, album etc., even respects shuffle), timer, find phone (obviously only works within bluetooth range and when found phone buzzes)... etc. Battery Life: remarkably good. We're talking days of use and an hour or so to charge, using supplied charger. It comes with 3 basic faces, but there are loads more available to download via the phone app. As I say, it was £29.55 and in my considered opinion, okay value. But the Steps counter is so poor it's hard to ignore. If this feature were more useful I would give it a higher score.

You get what you pay for…
After so many glowing reviews about this watch I wanted to give an honest overview of how I personally found it - this after 5 days and nights on my wrist. I was under zero illusion at £25 this was going to be a groundbreaking piece of equipment or a rival to more expensive smart watches but a number of things that were claimed on YouTube and, in some of the reviews I have read here, are contradictory to my own experience (unless I have just been sent a duff watch?). I bought it having spent 7 months in a hospital bed specifically with the need to measure my activity, blood pressure, heart rate and blood/oxygen ratio. The YouTube videos I watched were all complimentary about the majority of features, again enough to make me buy it so here is where I think many reviewers have got it wrong… 1. Visibility outdoors on fully illumination setting. I know it’s June and sunny but the screen is almost impossible to currently see outdoors in daytime (and the one thing left I have is good eyesight). If you want me to give a comparison, I am typing this outdoors on an iPhone and it’s difficult to see, the P22 watch is half that brightness. Put bluntly it’s like there’s a black plastic filter covering it (and yes, I have removed the screen protector that it arrived with…) The photo was taken under a shady tree. 2. Blood pressure. Sadly this is a joke. I think it tells you what you ideally WANT it to be. The higher number (sys) is constantly showing at least 20 points less than other dedicated blood pressure readers I’ve checked against and the lower figure (dia) between 10-15 lower than actual. Heart rate (bpm) was closer, about 5 less per minute than actual. 3. Sleeping monitor. Nothing to say about this other than I wish I actually had the 7.5 hours constant sleep it says I’ve had! I awoke 4 times and moved around the house but this wasn’t picked up making this mode wholly inaccurate. 4. Battery life. Where are people getting ten days use from one charge from? I’ve had to recharge my watch twice fully in 5 days…my screen stays on for 10 seconds rather than the minimum five offered. Maybe I have got a duff watch? 5. Messages - again a really poor delivery of messages which takes you back to the 1990s in its presentation and lack of detail/half delivered messages. 6. Step counter. It tells me I have done nearly double the amount of steps in a day against what iPhones health app records. Again, I wasn’t expecting anything serious for that amount of money but the hype surrounding this watch is very misleading in my mind. Going back to YouTube now I find the majority are made by affiliates and are “selling the watch” . My mistake… Have I got anything good to say about the Popglory P22? Yes - the strap is comfortable. This is going back and I’d be far happier spending much more for a product that delivers what it claims. Sorry.

Great smart watch comfortable and has all the info you need.
Battery life is brilliant especially after having one of the high end smart watches that needed charging every day this watch only needs charging every 7 days after regular use.... after 5 days if I use the walking feature daily for a couple of hours. But after saying that this watch charges fully in just over an hour. Watch is very comfortable to wear especially when sleeping. It's not bulky on your wrist. Sleep function is great tracks light and deep sleep. BP monitor is useful as is heart rate and oxygen levels. Stores your last 3 messages in full. Whether that be SMS WhatsApp or Fb alerts. Watch brightness can be adjusted quickly using the mini menu. Also a torch... weather... vibrate... settings... change watch faces. Watch faces can be changed. Of which you can also add your own photo if you wish. There are quite a lot of watch faces that can be downloaded but seem to favour the younger generation after saying that there are a few which are either simple and stylish or can give more information than just the time eg date steps continuous heart rate... latest sleep. Battery life and calories burnt. For me this watch does what I need it to do the only thing I miss are more options for exercise would be handy eg treadmill... rowing machine... spinning machine. Since purchasing this watch I have noticed there is another that offers more information including breathing exercises and sedentary alert but I'm still really happy with my purchase. I bought the silver with pink strap and looking how it sits on my wrist you could be forgiven for thinking it's the most expensive competitor. I have also purchased 2 watch straps one black one white and wearing the black one now which is comfortable. Watch straps can be interchangeable and looks great when using both black and white. All in all really pleased with my purchase and prefer it to my other higher end brand. I showed it to my sister in law who was impressed and also purchased one. I would highly recommend this watch especially for the price. It does compare favourably with high end smart watches.

Great for small wrists
I wanted a smart watch for a small wrist and this fits the bill very well. There are lots of choices for the face and it is easy to choose one which will give the info you need on the first screen. I use it mainly for steps and health measurements and these functions are clear and easy to use. It is great to pick up messages too. The battery seems to last well and recharges quickly. Good value for the price.
