Great value for money. I first bought for gut issues (IBS symptoms) but it helped so much that I add a teaspoon to my coffee, an hour after my early morning matcha. Doesn't change taste of coffee, & mixes without clumping. I find I have more energy too.

I cant function without this stuff in my smoothie! I recently ran out and found my cognitive skills diminishing without it. Lost my keys, my sunglasses and started forgetting things at work. The powder blends easily into the fruit with my Vitamix and I cant taste it all. This powdered mushroom blend is an effective way to get the essential nutrients into your body. I am going to try adding it to some flour for dredging chicken next and see how it goes. I get about 3 weeks worth of daily doses of about a tablespoon per smoothie making this a great value for the price. The size is perfect for transferring into a mason jar for easy access and the quality of this brand is better than others I have tried. Cherie Sweet is my go to brand for adding supplements to smoothies.

I mix this in with my coffee. The taste is something I had to get used to but I do believe the mushrooms are helping me. I sleep better and my mind is not as foggy.
