No support at all.
This is not for me! I have a lot of Bona Fide leggings and love them. This top however has zero support. I’m disappointed, not for me

Great support
The fit is great. I usually have a hard time getting them on if they don't open in the back/front. But this went on easy and provides great lift and support. It kind of feels like bathing suit material and is very breathable. Padding is comfortable and gives my breasts a nice shape. I'm 52, have natural C/D breasts that gravity, menopause and weight loss are doing a number on.
