Simple to use and fit. Extends the life of your shoes in a few minutes. Just cut the supplied template down, peel off the backing. Stick in your shoe and push the toe down. This is the second pair of these I’ve had and the first pair has taken my shoes to 1300 kilometres and they are still useable. If the holes had happened I’d likely have thrown them away. Good product and good price for something that works so well and makes your shoes last that bit longer.

What a fabulous product. Was extremely sceptical that this would work but it did. Good thickness to the patches very easy to apply with instruction on use provided to facilitate correct fitting. Superb adhesion, invisible and comfortable, you do not feel the patch when the shoe is worn. Ticks all the boxes and gives excellent results. Great product and good value for money given the fact that it works. Will happily buy again, highly recommend.

Taken me a while to write this review as wanted to test them properly. Couldn’t believe how well these work. I’ve always had problems finding something that would stop me getting the same tell tale hole in expensive running trainers but these are amazing. Sticky and easy to apply. I’ve got them in all my trainers now. Great value for money as helps keep my Saucony’s in great condition. Now it only when the soles go after many miles that I need a new pair. 🙌🏼

I wear a certain brand of Japanese trainers and within about 4 months of wearing them they develop a hole where each of my big toes are. This product has been very effective in preventing this and so greatly prolongs the life of my trainers. It's a clever design that makes correct placement of the protector inside each trainer easier and more certain. It does seem that the cost of such a product would likely be fairly low, so I would expect 2 pairs for the price of the one pair that I paid, so I have docked a star for that reason.

Over a year on from buying and fitting these I’m very impressed. They are still in place in my trainers and have prevented holes in the mesh - I bought them because on my previous trainers a hole had developed over the big toe position long before they would otherwise have needed replacing. In understanding this review it is important to be clear about my usage. The pads are in my gym trainers and I go to the gym on average 5 times a week. It’s a round trip of about 2km to walk to the gym and back and when I’m there I typically do resistance work rather than running. I don’t know, but potentially they may not have lasted so long with the repetitive motion of running - I have used them occasionally on the cross trainer. I followed the instructions when fitting, firmly pushing them up into position from inside the shoe (I think the instructions actually say press down from the outside on the top) and left for a couple of days before using (I think the instructions say a day or maybe overnight).

Wow these are so handy! They’ve completely prevented my favourite trainers from getting a hole in the mesh. Very easy to use and stick inside my shoe and can easily fit in most shoes. Theyve been in my shoe now for almost 2 years and they’re still working. I should have ordered white instead of black!

If you are one of those people who always get a toe hole in your new sneakers this is the product to get!! I have struggled with right toe holes for years and could not figured out why until I read up online about it. Easy to use and it works! So, now in the future if I need new sneakers I will continue to buy this product.

Good for patching holes in runners

Ho comprato queste toppe adesive per le scarpe e posso dire che sono state una vera svolta. Avevo sempre lo stesso problema: bucavo le scarpe all’altezza dell’alluce e ogni volta dovevo portarle dal calzolaio. Una spesa continua e una bella seccatura. Questa volta ho deciso di prevenire il problema applicando le toppe direttamente su un paio di scarpe nuove. Le ho testate durante gli allenamenti intensivi e persino in gara – ho corso anche la MARATONA DI BERLINO – e sono rimaste perfettamente al loro posto. Non si sono mosse, non si sono staccate e le scarpe sono ancora intatte! L’adesione è ottima, il materiale resistente e non dà alcun fastidio durante la corsa. Per chi, come me, tende a consumare o bucare le scarpe nella zona dell’alluce, è davvero una soluzione pratica ed efficace.
