Three years ago I underwent major surgery where I was hospitalized for a month with two months of followup care. This surgery left me with postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) which is a change in cognitive function which includes confusion, memory loss, and difficulty with attention and concentration. For some people it only lasts a few day and with others it can last years. After doing some research on lion's mane mushrooms, I decided to try this powder. I noticed a slight increase in focus on the first day that I tried it. I now take 1tsp of this powder every morning. After a few months I have noticed a considerable improvement.
