OK, I know that poop is not a fun subject to discuss, but I have to share my experience after using this product because it is the S..T!!! Literally!!! I mean I had constipation for days and tried some other well known brands of laxative and none them worked for me. However, when I tried this particular Senna Tea...I let it steep in the hot water for about 2-3 mins...it has a very tolerable taste (somewhat sweet not to bitter), but I added a little honey and a slight squeeze of lemon just for flavor but you can drink it straight if you like. in literature that I researched it says that Senna contains a laxative property (sennoside) 'it works by irritating the lining of the colon. This promotes colon contractions and bowel movements" and that it takes about 6-12 hours to work but I guess that depends on each individual and the brand ....I am only reviewing this brand because it is what I used!!! I guess it will vary with other brands. Best to take at night before bed and stay hydrated with water while taking.. Now...let's get to the good stuff! Babyyyyyyy...when I tell you that in about that 12 hour window (the next morning) I had this strong urge to go but not like that rush feeling but definitely (gotta go!)... and when I went "the flood gates opened" ...you talking about RELIEF!!!!!...I felt like a whole new person (hahaha)...I know that it took off some bonus pounds...it had too!!! lol. Worked so well for me I just wanted to share my amazing poop story (hahaha)!! Now, it may or may not work for you but if you have IBS or Constipation issues it is worth a try:-). You may want to check with you doctor to make sure this is OK for you to take if you have any health issues or taking medications (just to make sure its ok). Otherwise, I hope this helps someone. Oh, I also read that you don't want to drink this tea everyday just as needed. I think a cup or 2 or 3 will get that S..T right up outta ya! Good Pooping Luck"-)

This tea doesn't taste bad but it didn't work too fast for me. I thought it would work faster than it did but, when it did, it worked lol....time frame may be different for you but it definitely gets the job done !

I use it for bowl movement 😄 and it works every time! I Timed it to make me go 9hrs later. Some people probably could take less time. But definitely buying more.

All of these products are great. I use them on a regular basis. The delivery, however, was another issue. Lately my Amazon products are being delivered to my neighbors homes instead of mine. This has happened before. One time, my order was put in the box of my neighbor's order that lived across the street from me. It had his name on the box, it was delivered to my house, however, it had his stuff in the box. I brought it to my neighbor. However, the package also contained my item in it so he brought my order to me. It was bazar! Just wondering what is happening with the delivery guys.

Based on trying it one time only, I am satisfied with the result. I liked its gentleness in the way it worked compared to some brands which are harsher. Should I experience it differently in the future, will report back.

This stuff works well. If you are a bit sluggish, only drink one cup though, or you could dehydrate.
