I bought this urn for my Mother's ashes. It is well made and large enough. I liked the Poem and artwork on the top and there is a place to put a picture of her. I have not used it yet as she donated her body to science, however when they return her ashes to me, I do not foresee where there would be any problems with it. When my daughter passed away we used a similar type Urn which was $200. This one looks nicer and is just as well made as the one we bought through the church for a much lessor cost. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this urn for the 11th anniversary of my mom’s passing. My mom loved hummingbirds. The poem was beautiful and also fitting for who she was as a person. The urn isn’t heavy at all. It is opened by unscrewing the bottom of the urn. It is simple to do as long as you have a screwdriver handy. I liked that it’s screwed shut, so no cremains will be lost easily. Putting the picture in was simple. You just open the urn with a screwdriver, place the picture, and lock it in place like you would a regular picture frame. I used a 5”x7” picture that was a bit too big, so I placed the backing board on top of the back of my picture and traced a line around it to cut it to fit the photo slot. Easy fix. I personally ordered my picture that big, because my already poor quality picture got pixelated when I made it smaller. The description says to use a 6”x4” photo, so I would use those dimensions if you can. I’ve attached a picture of the size of the urn compared to my mom’s service flag. So, it’s a pretty good sized urn if you have a lot of cremains to put to rest. Overall, this urn is a beautiful and wonderful way to honor and remember your loved one. This was money well spent to ensure my mom has a peaceful place to rest eternally.

I love this urn. I think it is beautiful. The top image is nice and the picture was very clear. Having the area in the front for a photo is a nice addition, to have a photo of your loved one to look at. Urn is sturdy and was packaged well for shipment. Only thing I did not like is the urn has to be open at the bottom to insert or change the picture, which means the remains have to be taken out if you would ever choose a different photo. Door is on the bottom and seals with screws that were easy to get out and then to put back in. You will be able to reopen this urn, should you choose to. I left my loved ones ashes in a bag and put the bag in the urn for double protection. My loved one was between 200-250 lbs.

I don’t use it as an urn per se. We have my Moms urn on top of it to elevate her urn. It’s kinda of a shame because the cardinal picture and words on top are beautiful. I bought it more so for the picture space on front of the box. Great product would tecommend

This is such a beautiful box to store my mom’s ashes. This golden detail in the front reflects the light so well it appears to be glowing.
