I've been noticing that my hair is thinning, so I did a lot of research on what can help, and one of the supplements is Keratin taken orally. So, I ordered Nutricost Keratin Hydrolized Peptide Capsules because I like that it's 3rd party tested and doesn't have any fillers or anything like that. I ordered these because of the health benefits and specifically for its ability to help me with my thinning hair. They're easy to swallow and don't cause any stomach upset. I take them (2) at the same time every day. My whole family says my hair looks fantastic! I also take a collagen supplement, hyaluronic acid supplement and a biotin supplement, and the shedding has stopped, and my hair has lots of shine and bounce and just overall looks healthy. I highly recommend this product if you have thinning hair!! Hope this helps!!

Great product. I feel like this keratin supplement really works with the combination of supplements I take for my hair skin and nails. Easy to swallow capsules high enough dose so I know there is an effect.

I take this for many reasons, hair, skin and nails being most important obviously. It works as well as any other product I suppose.

Value for money: Way better value than other brands. I generally buy this brand in items because I like the price and the ingredients are generally pretty good. Effectiveness: I bought it to help my hair regrow after thinning hair due to blood thinners damaged my hair. I took thi ( keratin) biotin and collagen in conjunction with plantar 29 shampoo,conditioner and serum… my hair is coming back FAST and way stronger and thicker than it was.

My nails have finally grown with this product. It’s been over 20 years since I’ve had long nails again!

I take as directed and my hair and nails grow so fast. My skin does not feel as dry. Average sized capsule that is easy to swallow. I absolutely will never be without this product! And have changed several of my supplements to this brand

Great product

Having taken this keratin supplement for only a week, so I can’t yet determine if I am benefiting from it. However, in the past when I have used an oral keratin supplement, my soft and thin nails have grown stronger. This time I am focusing on hair strengthening; my hair has been damaged and is thinning. In reading about topical vs oral keratin, I decided that an oral supplement has the potential to give me results that won’t quickly “wash out”, as with a shampoo or conditioner. And, by taking an oral supplement, I can avoid the keratin heat treatments that often involve the use of additional undesirable chemicals. This brand/product seems to be a good value. The amount of keratin per capsule is considerably higher than in other brands in this price range. I appreciate that the product is third-party inspected, but I wish there was info on the container to tell the consumer what kind of keratin this is (it can come from various animal parts--like hooves or beaks) and the country from which it is sourced.
