Premium Herbal Bladderwrack Whole Thallus 580 mg, 100 Count (Pack of 2)

If you are looking for a great iodine supplement, look no further! Bladderwrack is a better choice instead of regular iodine because it is a natural iodine producing plant. Nature's Way is a trustworthy brand just like NOW brand is. After taking iodine supplements for a number of years without any real effect on my metabolism and hyperthyroid, I read about Bladderwrack and chose Nature's Way because they did not combine it with other herbs. Within the first month I noticed a real difference in my body's metabolism as well as helping with the hyperthyroidism. I have taken it with food in the morning as well as without food in the morning - food slows down the absorption rate of the Bladderwrack so I prefer it without food. The only draw back on that is if I get occupied with other things and do not eat soon enough then my body gets shaky and weak feeling but that goes away in a short time period. I get the sensation of being hungry more often and do eat small amounts but still lose weight or maintain when at my normal weight.

Love this brand. I use herbs a lot

Bladderwrack is a great herb called Fucus Vesiculousus it has a lot of great benefits for my body obesity, arthritis, Joints pain just to name a few, it's very good with boosting the immune system and increasing energy is one of many reason I purchased it, if any of these issue resonate with you, I highly recommend to further research and try this product. It has really boost my energy!

I have struggled with thyroid issues, go through periods of hypoglycemia (as tested by blood sugar levels), and have always craved and enjoyed foods high in soluble fats without realizing my body was trying to stabilize. With all the main issues sorted: diet, rest, etc. I have added bladderwrack as daily supp for natural thyroid therapy. It seems to help some? The key things are diet, rest, overall health but I think that this simple supp might help my thyroid keep my metabolism on an even keel.

I've been using it for years, and I believe it is helping me stay healthy. I take it 1-time daily (just before breakfast).

The product itself is great! It has been a substitute for prescription thyroid medication and works the same! However, I clicked on ‘pack of 2’ but only received one unit. There were 16 other reviews that said the same thing, ‘pack of 2’ is not real 😳

This was actually recommended by my physician because of the terrible leg and foot cramps that I would have at night. Since I started taking this (about a year ago), I haven't had any more cramping. I can't say that it would work for everyone, but it sure has worked for me. What a joy to be able to relax in the evening without those terrible cramps!

Item said package of 2. Only received 1. To soon to tell if it works
