I’ve been using this product over the past few months and have found that I feel more energy and my digestion is better. The capsules don’t taste the best but that doesn’t matter too much since they are just capsules. This isn’t an overwhelming change in your feeling but it definitely does help out if you are missing out on vegetables and fruits in your daily diet. I will say when you first get them don’t take a lot in the first week or so or else it might mess up your stomach since it isn’t used to it yet. Just start by taking one a day. Great product!

I haven't been able to digest fruits and vegetables all that well without stomach pain for some reason, the doctors can't figure out. So I started taking these! They don't not hurt my stomach, and are easy to swallow. I feel more energized, and saw some of my lower levels of vitamins get a good boost! Very effective for the value. As always ask a physician before starting any supplements or medicine, this is my opinion alone and not to be taken as actual physician advice.

These supplements are wonderful. They gave me new energy and was a great buy for the price. HOWEVER, it upset my stomach after about the 3rd day of use. I continued taking them assuming the stomach pain was caused by something I ate. The nagging pain in my stomach grew worse each day to the point that I couldn't eat anything. I had a constant nagging pain that felt like a tight fist in my stomach. I stopped taking them for about a week and the pain finally went away. I started taking them again to be sure and the pain came back (didn't want to accept it was the supplements but it was). I've always had a cast iron stomach. I guess I found something it's sensitive to. I had to discard them and go back to drinking green veggie/fruit smoothies. I hope these supplements work for everyone else because they will definitely energize you.

Amazon reviewer if you're reading this, do not take this the wrong way. So my sister is allergic to fruits, and for those who think therre's no fruits in these capsules, there are. She gets itchy from it every now and then, but we have to get her nutrients somehow since eating the actual fruit will cause complications. I recommend this supplement. Everything in the capsule is real and this would be a good alternative way to get your nutrients. I use it too because I don't like eating different fruits or certain fruits taste funny to me, making it unbearable. 10/10 will continue to buy.
