I ordered more of these binders after our first order. They are well-made, sturdy and are excellent for our use. We wanted heavy-duty binders which are water and fire resistant for coin collections. We plan to order more in the future.

Bought for my husband to put our family file in, the things not in the safe. So far they have been great, although we haven't lite them on fire yet. The quality of the binders are good including the zipper and the rings. We bought the second after the first one made it through our overseas move.

My binder came with deep dents in the interior and one warped cover. This is likely due to how its stacked in storage, with weight pressing down on the cover into the D-rings. Fortunately, mine didn't have the issue with the misaligned teeth on the rings. Despite this, it does feel hefty, robust, and functional. Its definitely more protective than a normal binder (at a much higher price point). I'm willing to believe that its fire resistant, but fireproof is a real stretch due to the weak spot at the zippers. I also wish the rings had release tabs, instead of needing to manually pull them apart, which is likely to contribute to wear. The verdict is still out on how long it will last.It works for my coin collection, where at an external dimension of 11.25" x 13.5" it is big enough to fit a variety of coin pages I've tried with it without issues, including lighthouse ENCAP and letter-sized coin sleeves for 2x2 holders.
