At long last, I have found a well-designed travel pillow that is actually fit for purpose. In my mind, I have always imagined that an effective travel pillow should function more or less like a neck brace to prevent the head from dropping / tilting too far right, left or forward whilst sleeping in the sitting position. After having viewed and dismissed many variants, this one caught my immediate attention as it appears similar to my vision of an ideal travel pillow. The shape appears to be ergonomically contoured for the shoulders and back of the neck, while both sides are also tall enough to support the head and prevent it from tilting. On inspection and test, I am truly amazed that it delivers all the benefits as advertised. So far I have used this whilst sitting on my sofa and on the bed watching TV for a few hours. It is extremely comfortable, the functional contour provides the correct fit and support as intended. The memory foam is firm yet soft enough to rest against, both the adjustable velcro and the rubberised back prevent the unit from movement. Although the cover material is manmade, it actually feels surprisingly pleasant on my bare skin. I have no doubt that this neck pillow would be perfect for travelling in all forms of transportation regardless of the seat location. It is also light weight and can be easily compressed down to 1/4 size in the supplied bag. My only negative criticism is the zipper pull because there are 2 very sharp metal prongs that can easily cause injury and may damage my furniture / clothing. I will most likely have to remove the pull and use a safely pin when the cover needs to be removed for laundering. Overall I am really impressed by the quality and function, the way it has been thoughtfully designed has eliminated all the common issues found in other variants on the market. Although relatively expensive, this neck pillow represents great value and really do stand out from the crowd. Highly recommended!! ___________________ UPDATE: I have used this for long haul flights and long distance car journeys, it did not disappoint. Because my head was supported in a comfortable upright position, I was able to quickly fall asleep and stay asleep.

Used on some very long uncomfortable coach journies - 16 hours long! and it made all the difference. Surprisingly supportive and stopped all vibrations and made it possible to sleep. Can get a bit warm but I didn’t find it a problem. Tried friend’s one a basic standard design and didn’t find it helpful so I conclude this was worth the extra cost. Surprisingly easy to get in stuff sack which folded it to a manageable size - unfortunately I have lost it! so if anyone knows if it’s possible to get a replacement bag please reply, thanks.

This travel pillow has only just arrived so this is my initial reaction to it. It is soft and pleasant to touch with a removable cover. The memory foam interior works too. It folds downs and packs easily into its bag. I like the design of the back particularly. The true test will be after my trip from London to Singapore and then on to Perth........and then back again. Then I'll know how good the pillow is.

This pillow worked great in supporting my neck for sleep on long haul flights, but the Velcro fastening does not last long. The fabric around it broke after a few flights. I tried sewing it back on but it doesn’t work the same. Shame as this was a good product. The design of the storage bag could also be improved to more easily attach to the outside of backpacks/suitcases.

I was really looking forward to using this travel pillow for my transatlantic flight, but unfortunately, it didn’t even last the entire journey. After just six hours of use, one of the seams split open, exposing the inner filling (see attached photos). While the pillow itself is soft and comfortable, the poor stitching makes it essentially useless after one trip. For the price, I expected much better durability. Definitely not worth it unless you’re looking for a single-use travel pillow.

I wanted to wait to write my review until I had the chance to use it on a long flight. I used it on a 9 hour flight and it was incredible. I always have difficulty sleeping on the plane but this pillow ensured I was able to comfortably sleep and had no neckaches. You may find it tricky to use with overhead headphones but I think it can work, as I did. Just have to work out an angle but otherwise this pillow deserves the good reviews it has. It comes with a small pouch to put your pillow in but I didn't want to squish it so I just used a normal carry on bag. My husband is 6 foot and I am 5'2 and we both have normal necks and it was great for both of us. When I tried it at home I didn't enjoy it but on the plane it worked!

I bought this pillow becuase I am flying long distances very often. After reviewing all pillows on sell I was looking for something portable and comfortable. I was a bit sceptical but I tried that this design keeps your neck straight and aligned to the seat with his back angle. Memory foam is very good quality, hard enough to support your neck but also soft to adapt to your body curves. I bough two pillows in blue and gray but I found that blue one was a bit thinner than gray which I found less supportive and I had to exchange for gray one. It could be only one insignificant fail pillow manufactured but I am really happy with my gray neck pillows. Very portable and it does not affect on its structure if you compress it to make it inside portable bag included.

Out of all of the travel pillows I have tried (and there were probably at least 6 or 7) this is by far the best I have ever used. I can actually sleep right through a flight without any aching or stiffness in my neck and my chin never falls forward causing breathing to be interrupted. I am normally a side sleeper, but because this pillow completely cradles my head and allows my throat to be free, I can sleep sitting straight in the plane seat, and boy is that appreciated! If you still have problems with sleeping on flights you should really try this one - I've had it for over a year and it has helped me reach my destination in much better condition that I had before - Travelrest works :)

I bought this prior to embarking on a 14 hour flight and was able to fall asleep without worrying I would wake up with a crick neck. So glad I purchased this item - very happy result.

Ottimo prodotto, l'ho preso per fare un lungo viaggio in aereo e devo dire che è molto più comodo rispetto ai classici cuscini. E' fatto in memory foam, una volta bloccato con il velcro rimane piuttosto stretto, mantiene il collo rigido al punto che si fatica a girare la testa per parlare con il passeggero al proprio fianco, il che è un bene perchè quando si cerca di dormire si trova un appoggio per il collo. Non da fastidio dietro al collo appoggiando la testa al sedile e mantiene il collo caldo senza far sudare. Molto pratico anche il sacchettino in dotazione che piegandolo lo rende davvero poco ingombrante e facile da mettere via in uno zaino o in una valigia di piccole dimensioni. Il materiale è resistente anche se alla vista non sembra, il realtà sia il materiale esterno, sia quello interno, sia le scritte non si sono consumati anche dopo numerosi utilizzi. Davvero un buon prodotto e studiato nei dettagli.
